• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you upload, submit, or share through Trend Assist.
• Rights Granted: By sharing content, you grant Trend Assist a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content within the app.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Trend Assist for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of Trend Assist.
• Use automated means to access or collect data from Trend Assist without our permission.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Trend Assist immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Trend Assist is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trend Assist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tampa, Florida for the resolution of any disputes.

13. No Refund Policy

All purchases and subscriptions made through Trend Assist are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, whether for unused services, early cancellation, or any other reason. This no-refund policy is applicable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
